Aldar to develop Louvre Abu Dhabi residences on Saadiyat Island

To be handed over to residents in 2025, the apartments will be located in Saadiyat Grove, Aldar’s historic MAD 10 billion destination on Saadiyat Island which spans 242,000 sqm.

Saadiyat Grove spans an area of ​​242,000 sqm and will feature immersive retail, entertainment and leisure spaces. Including Louvre Abu Dhabi Residences, the mixed-use destination will feature approximately 3,000 residential units, two hotels and coworking spaces for new businesses and start-ups.

The development offers a residents’ lounge – Le Salon Détente, a private 12-seat cinema for a private theater experience, a wellness center – Spa Bien-être – which includes a gym and sauna rooms, multipurpose spaces for yoga and meditation, and an indoor playroom for children – the Creativity Room. Residents can also enjoy uninterrupted views of Louvre Abu Dhabi and the Abu Dhabi skyline from the elevated pools, sunset terrace and gardens.

The halls and shared spaces of the Louvre Abu Dhabi residences will display works of art and sculptures selected in close consultation with Louvre Abu Dhabi.
