Former Love Island contestant rushes into town by helicopter to see opportunity
The 27-year-old former Love Island contestant landed in a helicopter at the 25,000 square foot former premises of Eagle Works to discuss the potential of the dilapidated site.
Jordan is a passionate property entrepreneur with a growing portfolio in his hometown of Manchester.
Keen to broaden his horizons, he contacted property multi-millionaire Samuel Leeds to see if they could explore investment opportunities in London and the Midlands together.
“I just completed my first four-bed BRR (purchase, mortgage, refinance) deal, but I’m looking for something bigger for my next project,” Jordan explained.
“I wanted to walk inside the premises and see the potential.
“I’m looking for something with a quarter million profit, minimum.”
Samuel Leeds, 31, runs Property Investors, the largest such training school in the UK.
Earlier today he had taken the celebrity to see two potential development deals in London and a third at Rugby.
The tour started in Samuel’s Land Rover before jumping into a helicopter to check out the opportunities in the Midlands.
Samuel said: “I get people from all over the country and overseas asking for advice and tips on real estate investing.
“Jordan contacted me recently and I decided to show him four potential offers that I currently have in the pipeline.”
And the trip to Wolverhampton proved useful because it was this opportunity that attracted the most.
When the couple landed at the factory site, they were greeted by Samuel’s brother, Russell, CEO of Property Investors.
He told Jordan that a planning application to convert the building into 48 apartments was about to be granted.
The Eagle Works is less than a mile from the city center and is over 100 years old.
It was once home to Reliance Hemp and Flax Mill and has also been a mattress and textile factory, a bicycle manufacturing center and a brass and metal factory.
“This is the one for me,” Jordan said.
“I plan to get involved in this – 100%. I knew that as soon as I walked into the room.
“I’m going to make Samuel an offer.”
