The Island Camp, a 15,000 square foot activity center and private club designed by renowned San Francisco architectural firm Hart Howerton, is the centerpiece of social life at Delta Coves with its multiple sports fields, its fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, and other amenities. .
Taratsas said the project will feature 11 model homes featuring different options. Several developers will offer homes from 1,800 to 4,800 square feet and more. A new grand model home reopening took place several weeks ago and the project is expected to be fully completed in 2025. For more information, visit deltacoves.com.
